Peach Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 peaches, pitted and quartered
- 1 ½ cups of milk, dairy or dairy-free
- 1 cup of yoghurt, dairy or dairy-free
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- Chia seeds
Serves: 2
Preparation: 5 Minutes
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a blender except for the chia seeds, blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into serving glasses and sprinkle with chia seeds. Serve immediately.
Tip
Excess smoothie can be stored in the fridge, best consumed on the day. However, you can freeze this delicious smoothie and blend the next day for a smoothie bowl for breaky!
