Our team are supporting Cancer Council's The March Charge...

We are a consumer-led comprehensive cancer organisation in south-east Queensland, promoting quality survivorship through education & care.  Patient empowerment is at the heart of our mission, fostering informed choices that lead to better health outcomes.  Our approach recognises that the cancer care pathway is a partnership between the patient, the carer & the care team, working towards a health service delivery model which recognises & acknowledges the emotional, psychological, physical, social, spiritual and informational needs of both patient and carer.

We are passionate about education, and improving access to optimal care & supports for patients residing outside large cities.  

We hope our fundraising efforts support cancer patients in rural and remote Australia.  Our target is to walk 350km and although quite a challenge, it will help to raise necessary funds for world-class cancer research, prevention programs, and support services. 

The number of Australians diagnosed with cancer is increasing. Cancer does not discriminate.
