Have began my journey

Began my journey end of January and decided to get fit and support this charge.

I have been doing well this month but next month I will be working 130hrs a fortnight and still trying to smash my target I want to bump up to 100km if I can reach my target of $500 and obviously if we can go over. Bonus!!!

I have been balancing work, family and commit myself to doing this run from being completely unfit unable to run down the road without being out of breathe and not being able to hold a conversation.

I started 3,5,7,8.5 9 and can do 10km with some fast paced walks in between.

It is something I'm passionate about and affects alot of people close to everyone it's a scary word CANCER.

And someone I am very close to has stage 4 lung cancer. And I am doing this for her and of course for everyone been affected or a family member.

Fitness has helped me through some tough mental health and grief moments and has helped me calm it all down and focusing on the positives.
