I'm taking on Cancer Council's The March Charge, For Cancer and my own beloved Grandfather Dennis Bedson.

This month I have set the goal to run 100kms in honour of my Grandfather who recently died to cancer. This will be a month-long fitness challenge to raise funds for world-class cancer research, prevention programs, and support services.

I’m taking on the March Charge to raise money for cancer research, but I’m not just running—I’m letting YOU make it harder for me! Every donation comes with a challenge:

$10 = I wear a silly hat for my next run
$15 = 20 pushups every km
$20 = I run backward for 100m every km
$30 = I do the entire run with a weighted backpack
$50 = I do my next run in a ridiculous costume
$75 = I run the next km barefoot (pray for my feet)
$100 = I run an extra 5 km
$150+ = YOU pick a challenge (within reason ?)
