I have been commended for my participation and encouragement of the March Charge community - but truth be told, I'd just be a crazy woman taking lots of steps if it wasn't for you, my sponsors and donors. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping me make a difference.

Aiming further and higher!

So close to the end of The March Charge, but I know I can push myself harder all the way to the end. I want to get to 350km and raise $1500, to really tell cancer where to go. Please join me - together, we can make a difference.

For my Mum

Before cancer touched my mother, I was woefully unaware.
But after diagnosis, my heart screamed - it's just not fair!

This insidious disease hits 'good' people just like the 'bad'
How dare it take my precious Mum from my sisters and my Dad!

I started The March Charge to fund a cure for my Mum,
But when it became too late, I decided to charge for everyone. 

Before Ovarian Cancer stole her away from us,
She encouraged me to not be angry and to try not to cuss.

She was so optimistic, always cheered me on when I got glum,
So, I tell cancer where to go and cheer Chargers on - for my Mum <3

Aiming further

With my back behaving well this year, I have reached my initial KM target of 150 a little earlier than expected, so let's aim for 300 instead. Thanks for your support in cheering me on!

Aiming higher

Due to the generosity of my incredible supporters, I have reached my initial fundraising target and so now, I'm aiming higher. I know the pressures of the COL is affecting everyone, but I'm hopeful that we can work together to tell cancer where to go 

I'm back, taking on Cancer Council's The March Charge...

...a month-long fitness challenge to raise funds for world-class cancer research, prevention programs, and support services. 

This year in Australia an estimated 162,000 people will hear the words "you have cancer". The odds are that it could be me or someone I love, so I'm doing my part to change the outcomes, by getting active and fundraising. 

Please sponsor me today to make every KM count! Every dollar raised will help support Cancer Council’s life-saving cancer research, prevention programs and support services (like their free, confidential Information and Support line 13 11 20) for people affected by cancer.
