Support the Cancer fight- from a nurses heart.
We are a Team of Haematology nurses from the RAH with many years of experience between us in caring for people battling cancer
Every day, we see the incredible strength and courage of those who face this disease, and are continually inspired by their resilience.
However, we also know the harsh reality of cancer. It impacts not only those diagnosed but their families, friends, and communities. This is why we are raising funds for the Cancer Council – supporting research, education, prevention and patient care services such as accommodation, emotional, financial and legal support services. These services can make a huge difference in their lives and assist with reducing some major additional stress factors that come with a cancer diagnosis
As cancer nurses, we see firsthand the importance of ongoing research and support services in helping patients through their journey.
